At the end of the episode, Bones says that Booth never mentioned reading her novels. However, at the beginning of The Bodies in the Book in season 2 he tells her that he read her latest book ("You have time to write them. I have time to read them."). He also implies having read the first book while everyone is discussing how the characters in it are based on them in season 1.

At approximately 23:01 when Agent Booth shows his badge at the coffee shop, when he pulls it out it is accidentally upside down.
When Zack is talking about all of the clues at the lab, he uses the word "ironically" incorrectly, something someone as smart as he would never do.
