Shortly after the 2022 delay announcement in late 2019, Frederator Studio's then CEO, Fred Seibert, accidentally uploaded "Lazy in Space" in its entirety to his personal Vimeo account in full HD in early 2020. Although the episodes were deleted shortly after, it was too late as people had already ripped & downloaded the series and shared it online.
