Few franchises are as unstoppable as the Star Wars one. George Lucas' phenomenon has been enriching the lives of the fans since Star Wars: A New Hope made its presence felt in movie theaters back in 1977. It would then achieve even greater heights a few years later with sequel The Empire Strikes Back, which is widely considered one of the greatest sequels ever made.
Since then, it has completed its original trilogy, launched a divisive prequel trilogy, and finished the story of the Skywalker Saga (for now) with a new trilogy that brought in new and old faces. In between, there have been battles with Darth Vader, Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Qui-Gon Jinn, Mace Windu, Darth Maul, and more. There have been the acclaimed special effects, the Empire showdowns, and even the Jar Jar Binks of it all. And through all of those highs and lows, the franchise is still going strong today.

Star Wars Rebels is officially ten years old. The series has become one of the most beloved pieces of Star Wars media. The story resonated with fans and had such staying power that many of the characters jumped into live-action with Ahsoka. Looking back on the show, some of the creators of Star Wars Rebels shared their own feelings about the series reaching the decade milestone.
Lucasfilm Animation Director Keith Kellogg shared, "10 years ago today our fans got the first episode of Star Wars Rebels. Appreciate all of you for going on that wonderful journey with us with a new group of exciting characters set around the planet Lothal. I will never forget all the support and love we received from the fans!"
Longtime voice actor Steve Blum, who was the voice of Zeb Orrelios in the show, responded to Kellogg's message, saying, "Thank you for so warmly welcoming all of us into the family.

Giancarlo Esposito has been part of The Mandalorian since the show's very beginning. Though he may not have much say over what happens in the story of Din Djarin, he has plenty of predictions just like the rest of us.
According to ComicBook.com, the actor spoke about the future of the Star Wars "Mandoverse" at a recent Dragon Con 2024 panel. He described what he hopes the future of the franchise will look like, comparing it to the interconnected stories of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
"Disney will figure out how to join all of these characters into one really great movie or TV show," Esposito told the panel audience. "That's my sense of where it will go ... My sense is that it's all going to converge at one point or another."
The so-called "Mandoverse" is the series of interconnected Disney+ shows that all take place around the same time period as The Mandalorian.

When The Mandalorian premiered on Disney+ in 2019, it seemed like an exciting new beginning for the Star Wars universe. It revolved around interesting new characters we'd never met before, the episodes mostly stood on their own, and Baby Yoda, aka Grogu, became a pop culture phenomenon. Star Wars was back, baby, ushered into a new era by showrunner Jon Favreau and over-boss Dave Filoni!
This is just my opinion, but I was less enthusiastic about the next two seasons, which brought in a lot more characters from other shows and movies. The Mandalorian started to blend into a new rush of Star Wars shows like Ahsoka, The Acolyte and The Book of Boba Fett. I don't think the series ever delivered on the full promise of that exciting first season. It just felt less special after a while.
Now, Disney is trying to reunite interest with a Mandalorian movie called The Mandalorian & Grogu.

The Star Wars franchise is one of the biggest in Hollywood today. The fact that we can even say that over three decades after it became one of the biggest franchises is a testament to its staying power. With 11 theatrical releases thus far, its drawing power is proof of its enduring success as fans love to head out to the movies to enjoy more adventures from that galaxy so far, far away.
The film saga expanded its horizons in recent years, branching out into streaming television. Yes, there have been a number of Star Wars shows produced for Disney Plus, including the iconic first one The Mandalorian, which has become one of the streamer's all-time biggest shows. Not all of them, however, have been the success that the streamer was hoping for, and thus not all of them have lasted as long as they should have.

After three seasons on Disney+, The Mandalorian will be making the leap to the big screen with The Mandalorian & Grogu. It remains to be seen where the character will go next, but Giancarlo Esposito believes that the Mandalorian movie will be the first of a new Star Wars trilogy.
The actor, who plays Moff Gideon in the series, spoke to fans during an appearance at Dragon Con (via Culture Slate). “As in the MCU… Disney will figure out how to join all of these characters into one really great movie or TV show. That’s my sense of where it will go,” Esposito said. “Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau have a new vision, continuing on with a Mandalorian movie… My sense is that it’s all going to converge at one point or another and we’re going to have another set of… [a] trilogy, or more, of films.“

The Star Wars franchise is undeniably experiencing a crisis. The latest live-action series, ‘The Acolyte,’ has been regarded as one of the franchise’s biggest failures, while ‘Star Wars Outlaws’ is struggling to find its footing, leaving the future of movies and shows in question.
Daisy Ridley’s upcoming standalone film is reportedly stuck in development hell, facing significant delays, and Taika Waititi’s Star Wars movie has reportedly been canceled. Additionally, the flagship series, ‘The Mandalorian,’ also faces an uncertain future regarding the production of its fourth season.
Despite the current uncertainty, there are still many projects in development or set to be released in the coming months. Fans can look forward to ‘Skeleton Crew’ and season 2 of ‘Ahsoka.’ Additionally, James Mangold’s Star Wars film is in the works, although there have been only a few official updates so far.

Hollywood might want actors that have a wide range, but there is often a lot of typecasting going around. More often than not, fans end up seeing the same actor in a myriad of roles, which also could have been the case for Hayden Christensen. More often than not, young male actors are branded in a way to cater to a teen, mostly female audience, awarding them the title of teen heartthrob.

Hayden Christensen would have met a similar fate, and it was a branding that he was not very sure that he wanted as an actor. However, the actor would do a slew of roles that would keep him away from the label, before he would decide to quit acting.

"Who asked for this?" That's certainly debatable, but one thing's for sure, quite a few people are watching it.
The viewership figures are in for the season premiere of Marvel's Agatha All Along, and the episode hit 9.3 million views on Disney+ in its first seven days of streaming.
Disney doesn't release exact statistics, but we know that the streamer defines a view as the total amount of time watched divided by runtime. Therefore, the episode was watched for an approximate total of 6.5 million hours (per Variety).
This is roughly on par with Percy Jackson and the Olympians and The Acolyte, but behind Ahsoka, which managed to reach 14 million views in five days when it premiered last August.
The WandaVision spin-off seems to be fairly popular with fans, and has even converted some who showed no interest at all prior to sitting down to give the show a chance. We'll see...

Disney has a problem. Their big Marvel show, ‘Agatha All Along’, did not even debut as high as their Star Wars show, ‘The Acolyte’, on Disney+. ‘The Acolyte’s’ viewership was disappointing, and it was one of the lowest-watched ‘Star Wars ‘shows on the platform. Now, ‘Agatha All Along’s’ debut came in lower.
But this is all based on what Disney says by their “internal data.” A “view,” according to Disney, is “total stream time divided by runtime.” This isn’t the actual number of people who watched; it’s an estimate based on this formula.
‘Agatha All Along’ is not the worst show, but it isn’t the best Marvel show either.
I have yet to watch the third episode, but the first two episodes were okay. I do think they skew more toward the female demographic than the male demographic, though. If you liked ‘WandaVision’ you will...

Several years ago, I spent a weekend at Disneyland with a fellow Star Wars fan and heard all about her favorite TV show. She quoted the Jedi Master, told me how nice the actors were behind the scenes, and showed me wonderful fan art that she had done. Since I had yet to see a minute of Star Wars: Rebels, I watched the first three episodes before I had to catch the shuttle to the airport. And then I sporadically watched some of the series as the years went by.
Of course, things piqued my interest. I heard Timothy Zahn's thoughts on the inclusion of Thrawn when he came to FanX in Salt Lake City and I inevitably overheard a lot of spoilers in the lead-up to Ahsoka. With the 10th anniversary, here are some independent thoughts as a returning newcomer to the series.

Agatha Harkness has bewitched a promising Disney+ audience in her titular series’ premiere week.
The first episode of Agatha All Along drew 9.3M views in the first seven days of streaming, according to the Walt Disney Company. Disney, like Netflix, defines views as total stream time divided by runtime.
This appears to be a fairly solid start for the Marvel series, though it’s difficult to compare, because Disney+ has been very selective with the viewership data it releases.
The streamer doesn’t report viewership for every series, and it is also inconsistent with the measurement period it chooses to report for those series it does release data for. It released five-day tallies for The Acolyte and Ahsoka, while Percy Jackson and the Olympians got a six-day report.
Last October, the company said that Loki Season 2 had racked up 10.9M views in its first three days on the platform, but...

The first episode of “Agatha All Along” hit 9.3 million views on Disney+ in its first seven days of streaming.
A spinoff of the 2021 Marvel limited series “WandaVision,” the series premiered on Sept. 18. Disney defines a view as the total amount of time watched divided by runtime. Therefore, the episode was watched for an approximate total of 6.5 million hours, when multiplying views by runtime.

With Star Wars in a bit of a rut of late, Disney is turning to one of the franchise's most beloved modern day characters in hopes of a rebound. A new rumor from industry insider Daniel Rpk claims that Star Wars Jedi protagonist Cal Kestis will be making his live-action debut in a project "very soon."
The rumor was posted to Daniel Rpk's Patreon, but it was light of details. The scooper claimed that he couldn't share much, other than the character's live-action debut would be on Disney+. This likely means Cal Kestis will appear in either a yet-to-be-revealed Star Wars series, or perhaps an already existing series.
Set between the events of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope, the Star Wars Jedi games follow the adventures of Cal Kestis, one of the surviving Jedi currently being hunted by the Galactic Empire.

The massive popularity of the Star Wars Jedi video games has led to mounting speculation that Force-wielding protagonist, Cal Kestis, might one day make the jump to the big or small screen, and we're now hearing that plans are in place for the character to appear in live-action.
Though details are sparse, reliable insider Daniel Richtman is reporting that "Cal Kestis is coming to live-action on Disney+."
Whether this means a project focusing on Kestis is in development or the character will appear in another upcoming series is not clear, but with the games set between the events of Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope, Cal showing up in season 2 of Ahsoka - which takes place after Return of the Jedi - seems unlikely, as does an appearance in Skeleton Crew.

One of the most popular Star Wars characters in recent years didn’t make his debut in live-action or animated projects; he first appeared in the Star Wars Jedi franchise. We’re talking about Cal Kestis.
Kestis has been featured in two games so far: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. A former Jedi Padawan and survivor of the Great Jedi Purge, Cal lives in seclusion on the planet Bracca during the early days of the Galactic Empire. However, an incident forces him to reveal his Force powers, drawing the attention of the Inquisitors, the Empire’s Jedi hunters.
In his quest to rebuild the Jedi Order, Cal forms unlikely alliances that become like a second family, aiding him in his fight against the Empire. September 2024 was a weird month for Star Wars comics. It was quite the transitional time where the two big mainline series came to an end to kick off the comic event in October. This event will set up 2025's storytelling. Along with a few of the ongoing comics just doing their thing and all the major announcements being saved for New York Comic Con in October, it was sort of a quiet month overall.
Still, there is a new comic to talk about This Week in Star Wars Comics, so let's get into it.
Star Wars: Ahsoka #3
It's the continuation of Ahsoka adaptation with issue #3 covering the events of episode 3 of the show. Just like I say every time with these adaptations, these are neat if you want to see your favorite episodes or characters in a new art style. I think gone are the days when these adaptations added new context to these stories.

If you thought Din Djarin removing his helmet would become a regular thing, or at least something he admits isn't an unforgivable sin, The Mandalorian Season 3 probably proved you wrong. Many are now left wondering if the helmet dilemma is resolved for good after Din bathed in the living waters on Mandalore.
Season 3 saw Din reverting to his strict adherence to the Mandalorian creed, including the part about never removing his helmet. Still, we can't completely rule out the possibility that he'll go through something that forces him to remove it. The question is, what will it take? The truth is Din Djarin needs to go through an experience akin to Ahsoka episode 5, "Shadow Warrior," which changed Ahsoka Tano's outlook, including her outward appearance.
(L-r): Sabine Wren (Natasha Liu Bordizzo), Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson) and Ezra Bridger (Eman Esfandi) in Lucasfilm's Star Wars: Ahsoka, exclusively on Disney+. ©2023 Lucasfilm Ltd.

At D23 2024 in August, Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni confirmed that filming on The Mandalorian and Grogu is underway. However, information regarding the movie's plot remains scarce, forcing fans to speculate on what the movie will be about and who might show up.
This isn't a bad thing, and it means that we're in for surprises once the movie premieres in May 2026. Still, this hasn't stopped rumors regarding possible cameos from swirling. Most recently, Eman Esfandi, who plays Ezra Bridger in live-action, was quoted at a fan convention as saying he's filming something. Naturally, whatever he allegedly said spread to fans, who concluded that he was indirectly confirming his involvement in The Mandalorian and Grogu.
However, according to CinemaBlend, Esfandi replied to a tweet regarding his involvement in the Mando movie and denied ever confirming that he was filming something.

The first conversation Paul Sun-Hyung Lee had with The Mandalorian showrunners Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni did not divulge much information except for a significant detail about his character's home planet.
Lee, who plays New Republic's Captain Carson Teva in the Mandoverse, recently spoke about his character's backstory to fellow Star Wars actor Katee Sackhoff (Bo-Katan Kryze) on The Sackhoff Show. During the conversation, Lee revisited his initial phone call with Favreau and Filoni. "[They] didn't give me a lot of details," Lee said. "They just basically said, 'He's from Alderaan, he's like a...' Jon said 'He's like a New York City cop.'"
Captain Teva was first introduced in The Mandalorian Season 2, episode 2 as one of the X-Wing pilots chasing Din Djarin's Razor Crest. Later on, he appears in Ahsoka and The Book of Boba Fett as well, as his importance in the narrative grew over time. However, this...

In the past two years, no one has captured the American heart and imagination more than Caitlin Clark. The women's basketball player has transcended women's sports and given a much-needed boost to positivity in the country. This is similar to how Ahsoka Tano has also been a transcended character both on and off screen for the Star Wars galaxy.
Clark went through growing pains during her time in Iowa and at the Indiana Fever, but now, she is arguably one of the top five players in the WNBA. As for Ahsoka, the character who debuted in the 2008 film Star Wars: The Clone Wars, has allowed an audience to watch her grow up and become both a strong leader and a powerful Jedi.
Clark also brought out the best in teammate Lexie Hull, who had an amazing season. Hull's field goal percentage has increased by seven percent over last year.

No other Star Wars project has stirred as much controversy as The Acolyte. Since Disney took over Lucasfilm, many Star Wars productions have faced fan backlash, but none compare to the level of outrage aimed at this series, which escalated into a full-blown hate campaign by self-proclaimed “true fans.”
The Acolyte won’t be returning for a second season, as Lucasfilm has confirmed its cancellation after just eight episodes. While fans had hoped for a continuation, the show’s fate is sealed. However, this report isn’t about the series’ cancellation—it’s about how it could have been better.
With an intriguing premise, The Acolyte had the potential to ignite a wave of Old Republic content leading into the Prequel Trilogy. Unfortunately, the show fell short of expectations. We believe that its potential might have been better realized if Kathleen Kennedy had entrusted the project to a different female director,...

After several title changes, Agatha All Along seems to have settled on its official name. The series premieres on September 19, 2024, with the first two episodes debuting on Disney+, followed by weekly releases of the remaining seven episodes through November 6. Kathryn Hahn returns to reprise her role as Agatha Harkness from WandaVision, now taking center stage in her own standalone show.
While early reviews have been largely positive, one recurring concern has emerged. Some fans worry that Agatha All Along might face similar challenges as The Acolyte, particularly due to its thematic content and pre-release statements from the cast and crew.
In this report, we’ll dive deeper into these concerns and assess whether Agatha All Along is likely to encounter the same fate as The Acolyte, just as the series begins its highly anticipated streaming run.

No other Star Wars project caused so much controversy as The Acolyte. Since Disney’s takeover of Lucasfilm, numerous Star Wars projects have been targeted and criticized by the fans, but nothing compares to the level of controversy caused by this series, as it basically turned into an all-out hate campaign against the show by those calling themselves “true fans.”
As you know, The Acolyte is not getting a second season with Lucasfilm after eight episodes, and although fans had been hoping for a second season, it was recently confirmed that the series will not be coming back. But, this report won’t actually be on the fate of the series – it’s canceled and that’s that – but about how it could have been better.
The Acolyte had an intriguing premise, for sure, and it had the potential to spark a series of Old Republic shows that would lead into the Prequel Trilogy.

The new horror and science fiction anthology, “Deepest, Darkest,” has added yet another cast mate to its already stellar lineup of genre heavyweights.
Rahul Kohli, a beloved member of Mike Flanagan’s Flanaverse and essential teammate in the crime-solving “iZombie” series, has officially joined the star-studded cast of “Deepest, Darkest,” a new horror anthology from writer and director Marc Bernardin and actor Tiffany Smith.
“‘Deepest Darkest’ is an exciting project combining all my favorite genres and my favorite people. Joining this project was a no-brainer for me,” says Kohli, expressing his enthusiasm early in the process to Variety.
Kohli joins the previously announced cast of Smith (“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3”), Rosario Dawson, Ernie Hudson (“Ghostbusters”), Yetide Badaki (“American Gods”), Phil Lamarr and “Quantum Leap” stars Raymond Lee and Caitlin Bassett.
To top off that impressive lineup, the genre showcase is executive-produced by Akela Cooper and David Dastmalchian.

The upcoming Star Wars film “Lando” may adopt a more lighthearted approach than recent installments in the saga. Actor Donald Glover, who will star as and co-write the film with his brother Stephen, said in an interview that he wants the movie to focus more on fun and adventure.
Glover portrayed Lando Calrissian in 2018’s “Solo: A Star Wars Story.” He will reprise the role in the new film, which was originally planned as a miniseries but is now a single feature. Glover told the Wall Street Journal he thinks some Star Wars stories have become too serious. He wants “Lando” to capture the spirit of earlier films and remind viewers why they fell in love with the franchise.
The actor said the Skywalker family-centered plots have shifted the tone. But Lando offers a chance to show a more relatable side of the Star Wars universe. As a “scoundrel,” Lando...

Disney has hit a wall regarding Lucasfilm and Star Wars projects. Numerous films were announced but never materialized. We are still set to get “The Mandalorian and Grogu” film, but the last we heard, a script wasn’t even completed for the Rey film rumored at one point to be called “Heir to the Empire.” Disney+ has lower viewership with each “Star Wars” show they put out. “The Acolyte” was a complete dud, and a second season was canceled.
Maybe now it’s time to go back to formula and bring back fan-favorite characters / actors to headline a “Star Wars” show or film.

He survived both Death Star trench runs and has been a popular character since his first appearance in A New Hope, becoming a staple in the rest of the original trilogy. However, Wedge Antilles has only had one movie appearance since then, when the character made a brief cameo in The Rise of Skywalker in 2019.
The character's arc could lend itself to appearing in future Star Wars projects, particularly the Mandoverse story. After the battle of Jakku, Wedge accepted a position as a new flight instructor in the Hosnian Prime system.
This all occurs before the first episode of The Mandalorian, which kicks off the Mandoverse story. In The Mandalorian, several Rebel pilots have appeared, and it would be logical for Wedge to step away from his instructing duties on a mission to help fight with the New Republic against the remaining Imperial remnant.

What “Shōgun” accomplished Sunday at the Creative Arts Awards was unprecedented, grabbing 14 prizes (including 13 craft honors) and sweeping every category except the main title theme and original score by Atticus Ross, Leopold Ross, and Nick Chuba.
FX’s Japanese historical drama eclipsed the 13 wins by “Game of Thrones” and is all but certain to take Best Drama Series and more while setting a new Emmy record at the Primetime ceremony September 15.
“Shōgun” took casting, cinematography, period costumes, editing, period/fantasy production design, period/fantasy hairstyling, main title design, non-prosthetic period/fantasy/sci-fi makeup, prosthetic makeup, sound editing, sound mixing, special visual effects, and stunt performance.

Shōgun, based on James Clavell's book of the same name, rocked everyone's faces clean off when it aired on FX and Hulu earlier this year. An epic tale of war and struggle in 17th century Japan, the show was so successful that FX is going ahead with a second season, even though the first season covered the whole of Clavell's book.
We'll see how that turns out down the line. For now, it's awards season, and everyone is eager to celebrate Shōgun. Attention: The Following Report Is A Rumor. Please Take The Following Story With A Grain Of Salt.
When Disney launched its Disney+ streaming platform, one of the key brands for content was Star Wars. The series The Mandalorian, which took place after Return of the Jedi, was an instant success. This prompted Disney and Lucasfilm to green-light more series set in that universe. Some spun off from The Mandalorian, such as Ahsoka and The Book of Boba Fett, while others took place before A New Hope, such as Obi-Wan Kenobi and Andor.
However, after many of those shows generated a rather “mixed” reception from fans and critics, things came to a head after the recent cancelation of The Acolyte, a series set during the High Republic era.
The feedback from audiences was so poor and viewership was so low that the series was scrapped after one season despite plans for multiple.
When Disney launched its Disney+ streaming platform, one of the key brands for content was Star Wars. The series The Mandalorian, which took place after Return of the Jedi, was an instant success. “Shōgun” dominated the second and final night of the 76th Creative Arts Emmys on Sunday, taking home the most awards with 14 and putting itself in prime position for the main ceremony on Sept. 15. The celebration began early for the FX drama when it collected the evening’s first award, Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series, for Nestor Carbonell’s performance in the episode “Anjin.”
It proved to be a busy night for “Shōgun.” The period drama picked up accolades for its below-the-line achievements in casting, costumes, makeup, hairstyling, stunts, production design, editing, visual effects, sound editing, sound mixing, main title design and cinematography. “Shōgun” nearly pulled off a perfect run at the Creative Arts Emmys, winning 14 out of the 16 categories it was nominated in. It also won more Creative Arts Emmys than “Game of Thrones,” the most nominated show in Emmy history; the HBO fantasy drama took home 10 in...

There's a point in every baseball season when I have to talk myself as a Red Sox fan out of feeling like all is lost. We can't tell this early on if, in the end, the result will make us groan at the end of the season. We've seen our team overcome bigger obstacles before. Success could hinge on one or two factors or players. This is the pep talk I am also using to deal with the rumor that Disney and Lucasfilm may be reducing their output of live-action Star Wars shows.
Disney/Lucasfilm are reportedly reducing their output of live-action Star Wars shows on Disney+ to 1 per year starting in 2025.

If I were to make this list before the release of the sequel trilogy, I would have had a hard time narrowing it down. After all, who would win in a fight, General Rieekan or Admiral Piett? Do I root for Corran Horn or Myn Donos as my favorite X-wing pilot? In this list, I'm just looking at the ten characters from the Disney era who have become my favorites.
Here are 10 of the best Star Wars characters from the last 10 years.
1. Doctor Aphra Doctor Aphra from "Star Wars: Doctor Aphra" by Alyssa Wong
We first met this morally complex character in the 2016 Vader Down comic as a foil for Darth Vader, but she eventually gained her own spin-off series. Creator Kieron Gillen said in an interview with StarWars.com, "My description originally was, imagine Indiana Jones, how he goes about problems in that ramshackle kind of [way], but with his ethics inverted.

A few years ago, YouTube clips of scenes from The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels were filled with hundreds of comments from Star Wars fans who hoped for an impossible resolution to Ahsoka Tano and Anakin Skywalker's tragic relationship.
It seemed like a pipe dream back then. Most fans always added a hopeless "It's probably never going to happen" at the end of a comment, hoping Hayden Christensen would return to Star Wars as the ghost of Anakin Skywalker, who reunites with a live-action Ahsoka Tano. Ahsoka had come a long way, evolving from animation to live-action and now starring in her own successful series, which has been greenlit for a second season.
As someone roughly the same age as Jake Lloyd when Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace was released, I went through the horrors of reading toxic threads by fans around the web. I...

Lucasfilm Reportedly Changing Its Strategy for Star Wars Live-Action Shows - Main Image
Lucasfilm is reportedly changing its release strategy for the Star Wars live-action shows on Disney+.
Since the streaming platform's launch in 2019, the studio has been producing multiple Star Wars live-action shows for the service to varying results as some shows achieved major success while some have disappointing reception.
With the recent cancellation of The Acolyte and the lack of updates on other Star Wars live-action shows, fans have been wondering whether this is a sign that Lucasfilm is slowing down on their development for that type of project.
Lucasfilm Reportedly Planning to Release One Star Wars Live-Action Show Per Year
According to insider Daniel Richtman, Lucasfilm is planning to reduce the number of Star Wars live-action shows that they are releasing on Disney+ per year.
Starting in 2025, the plan is to only release one Star Wars live-action show in a year.
