Tina Barta isn’t one to hold back regarding her thoughts on The Challenge, and the Og cast member erupted on her castmate on her final episode of Season 40.
The most recent installment saw the Era 1 team targeted again after multiple injuries and eliminations had already significantly reduced their squad.
They were down to four competitors for the daily challenge, whereas other teams had multiple players sitting out to even the odds.
While Era 1 achieved the best time in the event, Tina’s unfortunate mistake resulted in a five-minute penalty for her team.
That ultimately put her and teammate Darrell Taylor up for elimination due to their poor performance, but Tina felt that the winning team’s players would spare them.
However, Era 3’s Jordan Wiseley and Nia Moore gave the daily event’s worst-performing teams’ players, Era 4’s Kyland Young and Michele Fitzgerald, the favorable matchup they wanted, sending...

According to Brad Fiorenza, he once again wasn’t in the best headspace when he competed on The Challenge: Battle of the Eras.
Brad was part of the legendary Era 1 team on the 40-person cast, including other MTV OGs such as Chris “Ct” Tamburello, Tina Barta, Mark Long, and Rachel Robinson.
After appearing on multiple installments of The Challenge: All Stars spin-off and his mercenary guest role in MTV’s Season 39, he appeared as part of MTV’s flagship show for his first full-time season since Final Reckoning.
However, his time competing on Battle of the Eras got cut short due to his lack of strategy and success in the elimination event.

However, Episode 5 saw Jonna and her teammate Cory Wharton as her team’s targets heading into elimination.

After winning two of The Challenge: All Stars seasons on Paramount+, Jonna Mannion returned to MTV as one of the 40 cast members for Battle of the Eras.
The epic 40th season features four teams of 10 competitors, determined by the eras they represented in MTV’s 39 previous seasons of The Challenge.
Jonna was part of the Era 3 team, which includes castmates Nia Moore, Averey Tressler, Amanda Garcia, Tori Deal, Cory Wharton, Jordan Wiseley, Leroy Garrett, Tony Raines, and Devin Walker.
Unsurprisingly, Jonna revealed one teammate she particularly fears having to go against: Tori.
Viewers saw them clash during their time on CBS’ spinoff, The Challenge: USA 2, and it was a lopsided matchup in favor of Tori.
Despite that, Jonna revealed that she’s formed a friendship with Tori and feels her castmate gets a “bad reputation” online but is truly “genuine.”

The Challenge Season 40 features a star-studded cast of 40 competitors, including promising newcomers, former finalists, and multi-time winners.
However, not all former winners or MTV OGs could be included in the cast, and some were unhappy about this.
Fans have already mentioned major snubs such as Ashley “Millionaire” Mitchell, Zach Nichols, and Wes Bergmann.
Several other individuals are likely considered snubs by longtime Challenge viewers: Sarah Rice and Susie Meister.
Susie is amongst MTV’s OGs after appearing on one of the network’s early reality TV shows, Road Rules.
From there, she competed in four seasons of The Challenge, reaching the final each time and winning twice.
She’s been away from the show for 14 years, and while she may have wanted to participate in Season 40, production decided not to include her in the cast.

The cutthroat elimination the challengers had been fearing for weeks finally happened on Wednesday’s newest episode of The Challenge: All Stars Season 4. While the six star holders — Ace Amerson, Cara Maria Sorbello, Leroy Garrett, Nicole Zanatta, Steve Meinke, and Veronica Portillo — got to literally sit back and relax in an Rv with booze and games, the rest had to compete in a mini-final for T.J. Lavin‘s last two available stars or else be eliminated. In the first heat of the day’s challenge, “Star Born,” the six remaining contestants vying for one of those two stars were Adam Larson, Averey Tressler, Derek Chavez, Laurel Stucky, and Ryan Kehoe. Only one male and one female could win this heat, which saw the contestants racing through the forest to a giant tree with a raft hanging on it, untying that, then paddling to a star in the middle of ...

Kam Williams could probably foresee that once she got her coveted star on The Challenge: All Stars, she’d have to defend it against those who also wanted a ticket to the final. But perhaps she wasn’t expecting to have to return to the arena quite this quickly. On Wednesday’s episode, Kam and the rest of the cast learned that it’d be a back-to-back women’s elimination night after the day’s challenge, which saw them tip-toeing across a high platform over water to latch onto a rubber ball and lower a puzzle. Kam came into the game on a bit of a high, after successfully winning her elimination bout with Tina Barta and making good on her promise to take Cara Maria Sorbello‘s star. However, things went sour for her as soon as the anxiety kicked in, and she wasn’t able to complete the...

The everyone-against-Cara Maria Sorbello feud that’s been brewing for the last few episodes of The Challenge: All Stars finally boiled over on Wednesday’s new episode, titled, “The Queen’s Gambit.” While Kam Williams has accused Cara Maria of convincing everyone to play Cara’s game against their own best interests, this time, Kam managed to do just that. With the help of beau Leroy Garrett, Kam convinced everyone to help get her into the elimination so she could take Cara’s star — even including the person she’d later beat to do it, Tina Barta. That’s right. In the “Balls Up” challenge, Kam convinced almost everyone — with Cara, Derek Chavez, Jay Starrett, and Ace Amerson as holdouts — to ensure she’d lose the game and be voted in by knocking her balls off a net with a giant plunger device. Then, she got Laurel Stucky and Nicole Zanatta,...

However, once the team challenges got underway — and so many of them were tricky brain games — Fiorenza found himself in the bottom more often than not. Following his exit from the game, TV Insider caught up with Brad Fiorenza to find out his perspective on the season, what fans might not have seen, and what exactly was going on with that baby towel situation. However, The Challenge came calling again with the Paramount+ spinoff show, and Leroy accepted the call.
He credited Kam for talking him into it because of how things have changed with everyone involved in the competition series.

The Challenge: All Stars 4 premiered back-to-back episodes, and the second installment featured a volatile situation between castmates which may have included more to the story.

Returning OGs from the past also include Adam Larson, Ace Amerson, Flora Alekseyeva, Ayanna Mackins, Janelle Casaneve, Tina Barta, and Jasmine Reynaud.

Since the beginning, The Challenge: All Stars has been giving all-new meaning to the term “veterans.” Whereas The Challenge proper and other spinoffs like The Challenge: U.S.A. have been busy introducing fresh blood into the franchise, All Stars gives some of the longer-in-the-tooth Challengers a place to shine. This season, which premieres on April 10 on Paramount+, there are some serious blasts from the past in play, including a few folks even the most dedicated Challenge fan might’ve forgotten. The vastness of the generational variety in Season 4 brings with it a few ages-old alliances that put certain folks in peak positions right from the start. On the other hand, there are also some more recent folks who are already good enough to count as an “All Star,” and that’s a wholly different kind of advantage. TV Insider caught up with a few of the returning stars from The Challenge:...

When MTV put The Challenge on their airwaves back in 1998, the idea was to assemble a group of former Real World and Road Rules cast members and pit them against each other for a cash prize. Nobody could have predicted the show would be going strong over a quarter century later with more than 500 episodes across 39 seasons, spinoffs shooting all over the globe, and a rabid fan base that obsesses over every detail of it on social media, web forums, podcasts, and even live Challenge Mania events where fans gather together to meet cast members.

The Challenge’s Trishelle Cannatella is fresh off her first-ever win on a reality TV competition show, with a significant victory on The Traitors 2.
She didn’t win alone, as fellow Challenger, five-time champion Chris “Ct” Tamburello also shared in the victory and the $200,000-plus in prize money.
With that, speculation surfaced that the two MTV stars were plotting to win together throughout the season, including them voting the only other remaining Faithful, Mercedes “Mj” Javid, out at the end.
Another rumor that popped up due to Trishelle and Ct’s time on The Traitors 2 involved Trishelle having an affair with her castmate.
Ct appeared on the show following a messy divorce from Lilianet Solares, while Trishelle is currently married.
She recently spoke about those juicy rumors while appearing on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

Reasons for another falling out between The Challenge’s Nicole Zanatta and Laurel Stucky after they dated and split again may have finally been revealed.
The MTV castmates dated years ago and also appeared on a season of MTV’s Ex on the Beach: Peak of Love, which featured part of their rocky relationship.
Based on spoilers (below), the two reconciled while filming another project together. However, several issues, including alleged cheating, may have caused the two to split again.
Taking to her Instagram this week, Nicole shared a slideshow with her new girlfriend set to a song by Morgan Wallen.

The Challenge was one of the best reality TV shows for a long stretch, delivering exactly what the fans wanted.
There were feuds, competitions, romances, and everything else you'd expect from a show where the goal is to win as much money as possible.
While the series has remained on MTV, Paramount Global has been hard at work expanding the franchise for a worldwide audience.
With The Challenge Season 39 (subtitled "Battle for a New Champion") well underway, it's becoming increasingly clear that the producers and network are now out of touch with fans who have enjoyed the format for years.
The series features 20+ contestants who have never won a season of the show before.
The move means that the likes of Chris "Ct" Tamburello, Jordan Wisely, Laurel Stucky, and Tori Deal were not part of the regular cast, leaving us with many newer faces.

Something about The Challenge franchise allows producers to put people from different shows together to create the utmost drama.
On The Challenge: USA Season 2 Episode 1, worlds collided when MTV veterans arrived to play the game alongside people from Big Brother, Survivor, and The Amazing Race.
Many CBS reality stars have invaded the original series, so it's only fair they got to pull a similar move here.
Despite no elimination on the premiere, there was plenty of drama, scheming, and a betrayal that might come back to haunt a legend.
Keep Your Enemies Close
Cassidy, Desi, and Josh picking their teams gave us some satisfying scenes.
Cassidy and Desi have proven to be intelligent and strategic players on Survivor, but Josh has proven to be one of the most hot-headed contestants on reality TV in the past.
The moment he clocked Paulie on the cast, it seemed evident he would target him,...
