Revenge of La Llorona is a sequel to a film on the Decrepit Crypt of Nightmares 50 movie set. Why both weren't on that set or the Tomb of Terrors one which has the sequel I don't know. Most of these films getting a release at all is head scratching. I remember that first film being quite bland and while this isn't much better it has some inspired scenes. It opens with a couple going at it making way too much noise with some big boobs on display. The women is ripped off him with him thinking she's still going. Soon she is replaced by the title creature who bites the tip of wiener off but not before pleasuring him a bit, how nice! This has some decent gore throughout though this is the standout scene. There's also a good amount of boobies throughout.
The main draw of this film is one time actor Jim Andrews who plays Royce Stenton a journalist who spews hateful and hilariously racial and anti-woman invectives through most of the film. His performance elevates what would be normally be boring into hilarious intensity. An entire film of him going off on minorities, women and even sometimes White people would have been amazing. He would have made a good companion for Harry Russo. All the rest of the characters are unlikable either being jerks, wusses or annoying. The acting is terrible and much of the movie drags. But an inspired performance and some fun gore scenes makes this somewhat bearable and better than a lot of its Tomb of Terrors brethren.

The first movie (Legend of La Llorna) is unwatchably slow and boring. This movie, despite having its same technical shortcomings, is a wild ride. It moves fast, it's constantly surprising you, and is just generally packed with so many outlandish moments that you'll find yourself repeatedly wondering if you really just heard or saw what you think you did.
I recommend this, but obviously only to people who are okay with heavy camp and zero budget. Be ready for awkward framing, editing, acting, dialogue, lighting, pacing, set decoration, and basically everything that falls under "mise en scene."
Also, if you enjoy this one, also consider checking out the third movie in the series (Curse of La Llorna). Not quite as outlandish as this one, but a fun vibe all its own.
