Several clips are shown from movies that were inspired by Psycho, including Hitchcock's own Frenzy. There are various amounts of nudity featured in these clips.
One of the people interviewed is the woman who was Janet Leigh's body double. She talks about being naked or mostly naked during filming. In a very brief shot during the movie Psycho, the side of her breast is shown. However, in this documentary, that frame is frozen and discussed.
For compariosn's sake, scenes from the 1998 remake of Psycho are shown including the slightly more revealing shots of Anne Heche.
There is a lot of talk about the psycho sexual aspect of the murder.
Examples are given of when Hitchcock pushed the boundaries of The Hays Code, including of innuendo in some of his previous films.

Beyond the violence that is in Hitchcock's Psycho (which itself is discussed at great length), there are clips from several other movies that came later, some of which are quite graphic and bloody.
