There is frequent war violence throughout the film. Most of the shootouts are bloodless.
A character is interrogated and brutally beaten. His face is bloody, but nothing graphic happens. This is again seen several times later on in flashbacks.
A soldier is shot through the neck. As he falls to the ground, viewers see blood and tissue damage on the lower half of his face. This lasts for a few seconds.
