Like most people I became aware of the character Frasier in the TV show Cheers. I liked cheers it was a good show not great but it was good the TV show Frasier however took the character to a whole new level with season upon season upon season of fantastic comedy sketches it really was one of the best shows on TV and if you're lucky enough to catch some of the reruns it's still is just as good now as it was when it was first created.
This new show/series however is very different it's most definitely a TV show for a modern-day audience rather than the original fans this is something that happens quite a lot these days so it doesn't surprise me that it's not been very well received I mean why cater to such a small minority when you can cater for everyone and still only technically cater for a small minority whilst most importantly alienating the fans that made the show so popular in the first place?
I only ever watched the first episode I managed around 15 minutes and couldn't take anymore it was so bad. I return to the episode 3 or 4 weeks later after all the hype died down and l did manage to watch the whole episode (reluctantly) but once it finished even though there was a massive element of nostalgia towards the end I did not continue to watch the second episode and sadly most likely won't ever pick up the rest of the series.
I feel is a real shame because although I got the nostalgia hit and although one or two of the jokes did make me laugh it wasn't enough. It reminded me of that TV show Star Trek Picard the original character was played by the original actor and although references were made to passed characters and events the show just didn't work everything felt way too different except for the third season which made more of an effort to the original fans and it was very well received was so maybe Frasier will get better with time and maybe I will jump in at season 3 and have a nosy but until then I'm sad to say I am afraid I won't be tuning in to the rest of this season anytime soon.

I can't believe we only got three episodes personally I feel if we had been given more episodes more people would have been more positive about the show.
There was a lot to like here it felt like Gamesmaster to me they kept the music, the original iconic font/logo they even kept the atmosphere not to mention the famous golden joystick i tuned in to each episode as it aired on YouTube with utter excitement just like I did when I used to watch the original show back in the day this was a massive nostalgia trip for me.
But there are also things I was gonna have to get used to such as three new presenters and the fact that this was no longer a show just for Gamesmaster fans but also a show to cater for a new more modern audience/generation personally I think they did really well it did take me a while to get used to all the changes and that's why I feel having more episodes would have been beneficial.
I have heard on the grape vine that more episodes or a new season is coming at some point in 2023 but I've heard nothing for quite some time.
