DAAD Profi Plus Project: IFA-Master - Computer Science for the Labor Market

The Department of Computer and Information Science is part of the DAAD Campus Initiative Internationale Fachkräfte since 2024 with the two funding lines FIT and Profi Plus (2024-2028). As part of the Profi Plus funding line, the Department of Computer Science has been working on launching an new innovative one-year master's program for further education, completely taught in English

The planned M.Sc. Computer Science for Industry and Business is scheduled to start in winter semester 2025 (subject to change) and will focus on the further qualification of STEM specialists/academics in the field of computer science.

From 28.11. - 15.3. you can apply for our Bachelor's program in Computer Science. For students transferring to a higher semester, the application deadline is January 15.

Please note that although the Bachelor's programme is already partially internationalized and there is a lot of teaching and study material in English, you still need official proof of German language skills for our Bachelor's programme.

Computer Science Colloquium

The Computer Science Colloquium is a new series of events organized by the department which aims to connect students and faculty with the latest scientific developments in computer science.

The program accommodates students and faculty with diverse interests, spanning from algorithms, machine learning, and data science to software development and computer vision. Leading experts address fundamental questions in their respective research areas.
