The complex topography of the site guided the design process. Together with landscape and public amenities that encourage community lifestyle, the clubhouse is a visual landmark that bestows the site with a distinct identity. The spaces within the clubhouse are designed in a manner that all activities open up to the deck and the pools that face the entire site. The linearity of the building and stone clad surfaces further accentuate the vista and the views. Basic amenities include restaurants, attached kitchen, spa, and spaces for both indoor and outdoor sports.

A Club House catering to the social, recreational and sporting needs of the Hillcrest Township’s expectedly active community crowns, so to speak, the commune by sitting on the highest point on the hilly site. The masterplan that gradually steps upwards, punctuated intermittently by a procession of amenities like landscaped gardens, jogging tracks, play parks, games courts and sports fields along the way, finds culmination in the clutch of premium facilities for that the club house has to offer. A contemporary architecture seen in the building’s exterior is reflected in its interior fit-out where state-of-the-art provisions are laid out for a range of activities like gymnasium, yoga/aerobics, card room, chess/carrom/ scrabble/ air hockey/ foosball, table-tennis and pool, skating rink, kids’ pool, and swimming pool. These are supplemented by an exclusive café/ restaurant and a nourishing juice bar near the gym. The built-form allows all activities to be centered around and open out on to the pool deck.
The Clubhouse spaces the natural slope available on site, its roof-line consequently mimicking the hilly terrain as it steps down gradually looking over towards the rest of the township. These built spaces loop around the central open courtyard bearing the deck and pool so as to enclose them from the front of the site. The interior face of this loop opens out to panoramic pool-side views of the green and hardscaped spread of the layout of podiums stepping downhill.
