Can I downgrade my Instamojo online store plan?
If you want to downgrade your plan, you can do so within 14 days of choosing a plan. You will get a full refund if you downgrade within 14 days. Can I use my existing domain with Instamojo?
Absolutely! You can link your existing domain to your Instamojo online store directly from your dashboard. Please note the ability to link a domain to your store is available only on the Instamojo premium store plans. Upgrade to one of our affordable premium store plans to link your custom domain. You can also buy a domain for eCommerce website on Instamojo.
What is transactional pricing for Instamojo online store?
Every time you make a sale or collect a payment with Instamojo, we charge a transaction fee that helps us bring you these services. The charges vary depending on the type of product or service you are selling in your store.If you wish to forego the charges, you can choose Instamojo convenience fee.
How do I get my free domain ?
You get a free domain worth ₹1,000/- only if you subscribe to the Growth plan of Instamojo premium stores. Just choose your preferred domain on your Instamojo dashboard. If the value of it is under/up to ₹1,000, you get it for FREE. Domains are subject to availability.

When do I get my payouts?
Instamojo settles all transactions on a transaction + 3 days basis. Payouts usually take 3 days because we settle money through our own nodal account to hundreds of merchants every day. If you’re interested in understanding how online payment gateways work, check out this simple guide .
However, we also offer faster payout options like Instant Payout, Same Day payout, and Next Day payout. These options are available at a nominal extra fee. Faster payout options are subject to KYC approval.
How much GST does Instamojo charge?
We charge 18% GST per transaction. Whenever you accept a payment, we calculate a fee on the transaction. Once the fee is calculated, we proceed to calculate any applicable taxes (GST) on the fees.
