Introduction: DIY Cold Belt
I had many problems to put ice on my shoulder or my back when I was injured. I have my back injured yet and I can't do anything when I'm lying down with the ice on my back. This is why I though in a way to keep cooling my back and do other things at the same time.
Cool any part of your body and meanwhile do whatever you want with this cold/hot belt!
After finish the project, I started to look for cold belts (I didn't expect this exist) on the internet. The prices go around 10 bucks so it isn't really expensive. You can also buy it, but I rather do it by myself.

Step 1: Materials & Tools
For this instructable you'll need:
- Belt
- Tape
- Cold gel pack
- Scissors
Step 2: Cut a Slot
Cut two slots, one in every side of the ice pack. The slot must have the same wide as the belt.
Step 3: Add Tape
Put tape around the slots so as to secure the cut and make it resistant to the belt friction.
Step 4: Insert the Belt
Do it as in the pictures bellow.
Step 5: There You Are!
Now you have a simple, easy and useful trick for sportspersons or someone who is injured for any reason. I hope this can be helpful (for me it was).
