You can use a wood cutter saw or knife to cut the wood! They should be in thick wood slabs.

Now take your magnificent glass and get the angle that will burn!

Now burn the wood into the shape you want!
NOTE: you will have to be a little patient !

You are almost done! Now just do final touches to make it perfect!!!
