Warranty

InTheHolegolf.com is an authorized retailer for all of the brands and products we sell. All of the products we sell are covered by a Full Manufacturer's warranty. Should you have a warranty issue, please contact us so that we can advise you on how to proceed with your warranty claim. We will do everything we can to assist you. It is at the manufacturer's discretion as to whether an item will be repaired, replaced or refunded. If you have called the manufacturer directly and/or you are having difficulty with your warranty, we will stand behind the product when necessary and take up the claim with the manufacturer, to alleviate any problems for our customers.

Shipping

Every order we receive is given personal attention. Most orders ship within 24 hrs, usually the same day the order is placed. We will notify you of any backorders. Our preferred courier is UPS. And we ship via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, & Next Day Air. We may on occasion use FedEx. We use the U.S. Postal Service to ship international orders(and AK, HI). Overnight and 2nd Day Air is available for some products, please inquire for additional information. International customers are responsible for any tax or duty collected upon receipt.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75. Free shipping only applies to orders shipped within the Continental US (Also Know as the Contiguous US or Lower 48). Some over sized items may incur an over sized shipping charge. These over sized shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page. Please inquire for freight charges to AK, HI, Canada, and International orders.
