Anthony Hopkins has listed his Malibu home for $11.5million, which is £8.91million.
The Silence Of The Lambs actor, who is 82, is selling the home, which boats beautiful ocean views and five bedrooms.
The property was built in 1958, and expands over 4,010 square feet, with five bedrooms and bathrooms.
It also boasts a guest house with one bedroom and bathroom.
The entire lot is a whopping 44,910 square feet.
It overlooks the Pacific Ocean, coastline and has stunning views of Cataline Island.
The mansion miraculously survived the Malibu fires which decimated the homes next door.
Hopkins originally purchased the incredible home for $3.1million in 2001.
Fox Business reports he wants to live closer to Downtown Los Angeles.
The ocean viewers can be seen from every room including the master bedroom sauna.
It boasts a swimming pool, pool house and garden with mature trees.
It has two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the family room.
The house also has a two car garage, and the kitchen has a huge bay window and french doors leading outside.
The floors are hardwood with enormous windows all over the property and a spiral staircase.
The garden looks out onto the ocean with a seating area for residents to relax and take in the views.
There is plenty of natural sunlight and the kitchen's light maple wood furniture adds to the serenity of the home.
The kitchen also has accents of dark green from the cabinets.
The master bathroom has a huge blue-tiled shower, white modern bath tub, and ocean views from the window.
Last November, the house next door was destroyed by the California wildfires.
The fires spread through 96,949 acres, destroyed 1,643 structures and killed three people.
According to the ariel shots posted by The Agency, the house has been rebuilt.
Celebs who had their houses destroyed included Robin Thicke, Camille Grammar, Gerard Butler, Orlando Bloom and Miley Cyrus.
Other stars including Kim Kardashian West and Lady Gaga were forced to evacuate their homes.
