You can tell summer is ending not only by the calendar days tearing away but by the school buses in route, the pumpkin candles flying off the shelf and that sense of fall on everyone’s mind. I am partnering with Barefoot Refresh® to share how I am celebrating the end of summer!

Barefoot Refresh is a vibrant spritzer that I love to pair with strawberries! This is the perfect drink to make for your end of summer bash, or take with you on the go to a neighborhood pool or block party! With Labor Day weekend coming up we all know there are tons of those!

A Strawberry Spritzer is super easy to make! You probably have most of the ingredients laying around. For mine I take 5 oz of the Barefoot Refresh and mix with 2 oz of soda water and a packet of sweetener of your choice. I personally use truvia instead of sugar. I also take 2 strawberries cut up in small pieces and a ton of ice in a cocktail shaker. I shake all of that together and pour in a glass! I then garnish it with another strawberry! Voilà! Super easy and VERY Yummy!

Barefoot Refresh is a light-bodied, vibrant spritzer that is great over ice and perfect for casual summertime occasions such as block parties, cookouts, baseball games or laying by the pool. Barefoot Refresh comes in five refreshing blends: Crisp Red Spritzer, Crisp White Spritzer, Sweet White Spritzer, Summer Red Spritzer and Perfectly Pink Spritzer. These vibrant spritzers retail for approximately $7 for a 750ml bottle.

My favorite part about Barefoot Refresh is how tasty it is! Finding a good spritzer can be challenging because you want it to be light and tasty but still refreshing in this HOT end of summer weather.
What are you planning to make for the end of summer bashes? Have you tried Barefoot Refresh?

I do not drink alcohol…I wonder what would be a great non-alcohol version of this drink. Are there any that you can think of?

    • The closest thing would be like a “Shirley Temple”. club soda, grenedine…or club soda, sprite and a splash of some fruit juice.
