Eligibility Criteria for Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) Job
Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
i. Should be a Married/Divorced/widow woman.
ii. Should be a permanent resident of the same area under the health Sub-Centre for which she is applying.
III. As on 01 January 2020, should be within the age group 30 years-40 years. In case of SC/ST candidates, the lower age limit may be relaxed to 22 years (For UR candidates born not before 01 January 1980 and not after 01 January 1990 and SC/ST candidates born not before 01 January 1980 and not after 01 January 1998).
iv. Should be Madhyamik of equivalent examination passed or appeared. Candidates possessing higher qualification are also eligible.
v. Areas where the majority of the Population belongs to SC/ST.
