We received a payment notification from PayPal but we cannot locate it in the form

    Morning. my partner got a notification from paypal that there was a new entry on Feb 5 but never received any notification from jot form and no tournament entry to print. The only information he has is he received from paypal that "Katherine Allen" paid $955.06. I have attached a screenshot. That entry form contains info that we need to place that person in the right categories so I need the form. Thanks, Mary

    It's for the following Submission ID 4884671907763096553. The name submitted in the form fields is different from the PayPal account that's used to pay the entry.
