Here is a test of a contact I suspect in the timer. Turn the timer to a run setting and ohm from terminal T to W. Do you get continuity?
That is the most likely problem since you already checked the fuse and door switch. T to W is the switch used for the Wrinkle Guard feature. If it is open and you jumper that contact it will work. The feature is lost but it works normally other than that if the customer doesn't want to spend the money on a timer. Let me know what you find.

Correct. All normal operation except the wrinkle guard does not work. Tell the customer they would need to get the clothes out when the dryer stops or they might wrinkle a little.
