Customer: I inherited my mother’s Dept 56 collection of buildings, mainly The Dickens Village; Probably 100 pieces, with a few from Snow Village, and Christmas In The City. All are in excellent condition, original box’s for all, most even still have the plastic wrap for each item in a box. If the booklet fell out, I still have those too.I’ve been offered $5 per building, but the store only wants specific buildings. We used to have a green book of their value (like a blue book on cars), but I cannot find it.Any idea of where to sell these items? And where can I find the value of them? And what would be a realistic selling price? I and my siblings, and the next generation, have already selected our pieces to keep.Here is a photo of a few:

These are boxed Dept 56 Christmas Village buildings from different series, valued at $25 to $39 each on average. Some , not all, of the Snow Village sell for 90 to $128 (Victorian #5054 for example). These are the prices that the store will sell them for on average (and what you could ask), so they can afford to offer you more than $5 per building.
