Customer
My name is Matt.

Hi, Matt nice to meet you. I've found this picture to help. This is the other end of the hoses, but you can see the one attached to the top of the cylinder head is the one sending coolant into the heater core.

Customer
If there's sloshing in the core upon startup does that ALWAYS mean an air leak somewhere? This truck has never blown even close to warm air. Had a shop clean the core several years ago but it didn't help. I've checked that the blend door is fine. I'm thinking they did a poor job on the flush.

Sometimes the core just gets to the point where flushing cannot clean it out enough and the core has to be replaced.

Customer
Yeah I know. I just REALLY do not want to pull this whole dash out. Such a pain in the ***

Thank you for seeking us for help. I hope I have provided what was needed. If not, please press reply if you need to follow up. If you are happy with my answer, please let me know. Thanks.
