Do you mean you want to know where the two unread emails are?
You may simply put "in:unread" in search box for Primary category to list the unread emails only.

Let me test it with my iPad.
The method is correct.
However, one more thing you can try: first go to All Mails fold, then try the "in:unread" in the search box and let me know if anything is different.
If you still can't the 2 unread messages, I would speculate it is a programming bug of Gmail for mobile webpages.
Please use a computer to do the same thing, it should be different then.

This is a screenshot on your iPad. Do you really mean the same thing on your PC?
I think a remote assistance session is required, so I can troubleshooting directly on your computer to find out why.
