You have a Colt Automatic Caliber .25 (a reintroduced version of the earlier Junior Colt Pocket Model made for Colt by Astra from 1958-1968). It is chambered in .25 ACP, has a 2-1/4 inch barrel, checkered walnut grips.

Your gun was made in 1971 based on the serial number (pre-war models didn't have a "0d" prefix or any prefix at all).

That model was actually made by Firearms International for Colt from 1970 through 1973.
