Are you planning on repairing this yourself or just wanting to know what is causing the code?

I've done a few park pawl solenoids on these for this code, but this can also be a wiring or a TCM issue. To diagnose you will need to access and disconnect both the TCM and transmission bulkhead connectors to test the wires between the 2 connectors. If that passes then the transmission pan will need to be removed to disconnect the solenoid and test the internal wiring between the transmission bulkhead connector and the the park pawl solenoid connector. If this passes then the solenoid is replaced and concern reevaluated. If concern still present then the TCM would be suspect. Or you could just replace the solenoid and see if it fixes it.

It is on the passenger side frame rail on the outside of the rail. Roughly under the passenger door. Has a little black box covering it.

I can't find the part number. I don't have access to Ford parts database. See attachment for location. It bolts to the valve body if the Ford parts guy can pull up a diagram of the valve body it should be right in that diagram.
