I believe that's a wet flywheel, there's a gasket behind the starter. If it won't move though probably have a torque converter issue and too much oil back there.
Hello,
CAT starters are sealed to prevent oil entry. If you use any other starter or have one rebuilt at a local shop, they often miss this important feature.
CAT torque converters have a scavenge pump that pulls oil from the converter and sends the oil back to the transmission. This can be damaged when a starter bendix fails and the pieces are pulled into the pump because the safety screen is lost when repairs are made.
Also, a failed converter can leak more than the pump can remove.
If this transmission has an electronic control, you should have a service code stored in the monitor.
If this is manual control, the pressure will need to be tested to determine if the clutch has failed.

Do you know how to view the codes?
Digital Readout
(13) First display. (14) Secondary display. (15) Module identifier (16) Diagnostic code indicator ("SERV CODE"). (17) Component identifier (CID). (18) Failure mode identifier (FMI).
Use the { I } button (information) to change the display window to scroll through the different windows.
When you get a pause, release the button and the codes will scroll.
Deleting code will not fix anything.
We need to know all the codes in the monitor that begin with 113 for the transmission faults.
Record all the codes and post them here then we can determine the fault that is related to this problem.
Be sure to note which codes are displaying the words SERV CODE when the code is showing.
You can not delete the codes without the 4C8195 service tool or the CAT ET program.
Some codes are only ACTIVE (show SERV CODE) when the machine is in use.
Yes, the five transmission clutch solenoids are the same part.
Swap two and three.
