I have 03 grand marquis no start have good ground to pcm but no power to pin 55 or 71 and 97 also at the relay 202 pcm

Hello my name is Kevin would like to assist you. First before we get started you nare going to need some wiring diagrams for this car and a power distribution diagram also

I can help you with this but i wont have access to them until tomorrow if that is ok

well i work two jobs i own a shop with my father and i work 24 shifts on ambulance dont get off here till morning

this car ran one day then next day nothing has dash lights but check engine light doesnt come on at all and obd port has no power when i plug scan tool in so cant scan it so started checking pcm and found didnt have power on the pins i originally mentioned

Have you checked the fuses the fuse ?

yeah check all the fuses with a test light fuse 19 powertrain control mod,fuel injectors has no power on either side and fuse 20 pcm HEGOs has no power on either side

those are in under hood fuse box and fuse 8 under dash says for pcm does have power

Thers should be more than one power supplying the pcm

there is 1 in fuse pannel under dash and 3 in distribution box under the hood 2 have no power at all the other is a big 30 amp for pcm power relay pulled it has power and fuse looks good even switched it with another to be sure but 19 and 20 for pcm have no power at fuse or wires coming in to distribution box
