A Keokuk man has been jailed on felony drug charges.
The Lee County Narcotics Task Force says that 30-year-old Joseph Derr was arrested Friday morning, he’s charged with a felony count of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, which also has enhancements for being near a park. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Derr could face up to 16 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
