With this service, you can write emails with your existing email address, and they will be sent at the exact moment you specify. Down to the minute. Once you’ve created a free account, you can use LetterMeLater without having to visit the site. Here’s how:

• Create an email that you would like to have delivered at a later date like normal. It can even be a reply or forwarded email.
• Address the email to [email protected].
• Put the recipient’s email address, along with the time to send, at the top of the message. (Note: This text will be removed from the email when it’s sent.)
• You will immediately receive a response, indicating whether the email was scheduled successfully or not. If it was, you’ll see the email in your LetterMeLater account.

When scheduling an email to be delivered at a later time, the date format is flexible. You can either enter a time relative to the current time or an absolute time. For example, now, next Saturday, next year, 3 p.m., tomorrow at 6:30 a.m., 5 hours, etc. Recipients can either be email addresses or group names. Each entry must be separated by a comma or a semi-colon. You can also put multiple entries on separate lines. The basic LetterMeLater service is free to use. You can schedule up to 30 emails per month for free with up to three recipients per message.
