Lakemore Resort- Green, is our northern most house on the property. Exterior white siding with classic green windows sets the tone for our interior design. The traditional combination of classic green alongside accents of black and white may sound old fashioned, but at Lakemore, we bring it up to date with a modern spin. "The Green House" sits slightly lower and closer to the lake than its two neighboring houses, with unobstructed views of the lake and only a few stairs down to the beach walk.

Lakemore Resort- Navy, a classic white house with Navy windows, features accents of blue inside as well. A beautiful blend of nautical blue and driftwood cabinets along with satin brass and ash gray hardware will present the ever popular nautical design that so many love, with a fresh and slightly more modern look. "The Navy House" sits in between two neighboring Resort homes, yet rests on its own tier of land, the perfect scenario for both privacy, and also the possibility to rent in conjunction with another home for larger groups.

Lakemore Brown takes the tasteful tan window color as inspiration indoors. Beautiful combinations of Driftwood and White Cabinets, chrome hardware, and tasteful tile choices will welcome guests to an elegant up north cottage style. Lakemore Brown is the southern most house of the Resort's phase 1 development, closest to the grand staircase leading guests to the large shared beach.

Gray is a classic white home with gray windows and shutters. The warm shades of Gray throughout the house are accented with subtle driftwood tones. This home is ADA-compliant, and the first floor has a master suite, a large bathroom, and access to all first-floor amenities. This home also features an electric vehicle recharging station.

Lakemore Teal brings back the classic lakeside cottage style. Beautiful combinations of deep turquoise paired with white-washed cabinets, oil-rubbed hardware, and very colorful tile selections. All Lakemore Resort homes feature an open concept Kitchen, Dining, 4 seasons screened porch, and main level living room. Views from Arbutus Lake are featured in all the main living areas, and new leather furniture will provide the perfect seat to take it all in. Lakemore Teal boasts a convenient location with easy access to the beach area and access to a 16-foot hot tub that it shares with the Black house next door.

Enjoy the many benefits of Arbutus Lake, an all-sports inland lake, where the 395 acres are swimmable from May until October. On Arbutus Lake, the fishing is plentiful, and the conditions are perfect for many water sports, including complimentary kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and the use of fishing boats. Onsite boat rental will allow guests to rent a 140 HP tri-toon capable of pulling water skiers and tubers.
