MY BEST SLEEP TIPS 💤

Getting adequate sleep is something many of us struggle with, but is SO vital for our overall health (no matter what your actual goals are).

The above tools help me sleep great at night, but here are some more science-backed tips:

☀️ Get sunlight within the first 30-60 minutes upon waking if possible.

⏰ Wake up at the same time every day. Weekends count!

☕️ Keep caffeine intake in the morning hours, or at the very least not within 8-10 hours of bedtime.

💊 Magnesium supplementation is also very helpful for many 30-60 minutes before bed!

I personally also LOVE my humidifier & keeping ice water in my Stanley next to my bed.
