The health & wellness space is filled with a bunch of bull’s*t that you shouldn’t listen to.

Here’s 5:

1. If you don’t break a sweat, you didn’t workout.

2. You have to workout 5-6x week.

3. If you’re not sore, you didn’t workout hard enough.

4. Lifting weights is going to make you look manly & bulky.
