Ms. Yingpei Song is the CEO and Managing Director of Lincoln International China. Ms. Song has more than 15 years of investment banking experience and professional skills, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and debt/equity financing. Her expertise is in energy, power and utilities, renewable energy and infrastructure. Ms. Song has unique industry knowledge and also pays attention to industry trends and changes in the Chinese economy.
