Stay in tune with your core values. Don’t treat a rebrand as a rewriting of all your past experiences and erasure of identity. Refreshing your brand is normal, but is more so accepting of the past and looking at the present, to propel you forward.

Receiving conflicting feedbacks are always part for any strategy, but the key step is to dig deeper into the conflicting feedback. My first strategy is to break the feedback into these four buckets: Quantitative, Qualitative, Logics and Emotions. This helps me to look and compare the feedbacks with the situation is data driven manner along with unique points under various perspective.

There’s no doubt that praise is easier to accept than negative feedback… but what happens when you’re hit with both, and they contradict each other? 😅 As a social media manager, I’ve received compliments, but some feedback stung.
