Se estão tendo dificuldades com treinos funcionais intensos, eu focaria em alguns pontos essenciais para ajudá-los a superar esses desafios. Primeiro, a progressão tem que ser respeitada. Cada pessoa tem um nível de condicionamento, e forçar além do limite pode gerar mais prejuízos do que resultados. Além disso, a hidratação, descanso, sono e a alimentação adequadas são fundamentais para melhorar o desempenho e acelerar a recuperação.
