Happy Friday! A quick day-after-Halloween post largely based on a conversation with a public company that is now a customer and switching to Syncari and preparing itself for the future. They were using older tech and having data integrity issues with their integrations. Since Halloween 🎃 is over, let's talk turkey. 🦃 Integrations are about data, not connections. When there are more than two cross-system integrations, they can destroy data integrity because they are uncoordinated. So what you think may be working from a "connections perspective" is destroying your data integrity and data quality over time. This is why Marketo has a real sync engine with CRM and why Syncari #ADM has a multidirectional sync engine for the entire stack you use in your business. I'll leave you with this, you cannot "master data" without this sort of combined sync & unification capability while trying to maintain data integrity and quality autonomously and continuously(.)
