Google Research Let's try a go/no-go test to see if it works. Is there any data solution, AI or NOT, that can answer the following questions of business intelligence? "Who, in the Ontario province of Canada, have new US patents granted on the nearest Tuesday (Eastern Time), when the USPTO releases the newly granted US patents on a weekly basis?" "Who, in the "江蘇" province of China, have new US patents granted on the nearest Tuesday (Eastern Time), when the USPTO releases the newly granted US patents on a weekly basis?" With our intellectual property (IP), a Chinese-English multilingual metadata, we can get the full list answers for the above questions. This is a fact. Do you or any of your contacts need our expertise/IP to do the data analysis that AI can't do? Metadata is an enabler. It is like a treasure map for treasure hunting. Without metadata, NO data can be found/retrieved, even by the most advanced technologies, like AI, high-end chips, supercomputers, etc. https://lnkd.in/g-aJFnXR

Ah, Google Japan—the only place where your keyboard’s biggest innovation isn’t faster typing but wondering if you’ll ever find the "Enter" key again. Their latest creation, a Möbius strip keyboard, truly asks the important questions: What if the shortest distance between two letters is an endless loop? The deadpan engineers seem committed to flipping our perceptions—literally—on what a keyboard should be. My personal favorite? The guy casually holding a donut, like it's a perfect analogy for the infinite loop of typing we’re now destined for. Rest assured, Google Japan will continue pioneering “twisted” solutions to problems nobody had. And hey, it probably makes more sense than whatever autocorrect’s been doing lately. #KeyboardGoals #EndlessTyping #TwistToType #GoogleJapan

The moral compass has become too sensitive nowadays. Storytellers are constantly being judged. Every story needs to tick all moral values. But where do you draw a line? How can you tell a story from a fresh perspective while pleasing the moral compass? The Google Gemini Film is presently under scanner for telling a story where a father is seen encouraging his daughter to take a little help from Google Gemini to pen her 'own' heartfelt letter to the athlete. People are angry because the ad promotes a wrong trend where a child is being deprived of an important childhood experience of penning a letter. But my point is, isn't that what every technological advancement is meant to do? A recent car ad where a father drives his son to the source of a rainbow can also be accused of stealing an important childhood experience of cycling to the point or, for that matter, running to the point. But since we are already at ease with the technology of automobiles, we are not complaining about that. So, is it the discomfort or anxiety around AI that is fueling the moral compass here? Or there is a genuine concern about childhood. I am not sure. Your views are welcome. https://lnkd.in/gvCwnKJc

I remember being a kid and dreaming of worlds where anything was possible. Now, technology is making those dreams a reality. I feel this like we got the powerful Genie Lamp 😊 Just rub it and genie present : KYA HUKUM HE MERE AAKA 🧞♂️ With each rub, it grants wishes that fulfill our demands, and make things easier. But like any genie🧞♂️ it can also have unintended result. So, instead of just focusing on the immediate wish, we need to step back and ask: "What will using this lamp do for our whole world, now and in the future?" By thinking carefully and using technology with kindness, we can ensure its magic benefits everyone, creating a truly beautiful future together. Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google and Alphabet: "We need to think more broadly about technology's impact on society and ensure it's used for good." I want to hear from you! What do you think about this New World!! #newworld #technology #magic

Led by the awesome 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐮 and powered by a $10 million budget, this project is here to make speech recognition tech better for folks with speech challenges. What’s the Goal? Project Euphonia is on a mission to help people with speech impairments communicate more easily. They're working on tech that understands all kinds of speech, whether it's from someone with ALS or cerebral palsy. How Does It Work? Xerox Skype Google Shazam ✅ Answer: Google (75% answered correctly) In July 2006, “Google” (and “google”) were added to the 11th edition of Merriam-Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary. The first known use of “Google” as a form of a verb was by Google co-founder Larry Page two months before the search engine was officially launched. Many of us (currently or previously) subscibe to a Professional Society/Association. According to "Google" these organizations are set to advance a profession/ support the interests of people working in that profession/ facilitate innovation, communication and connection. Is the current system satisfactory or can it be improved? As an individual, what would you like to see from the society in your profession?
