Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana has had some incredible interns in the past. This year has been no different. I enjoyed recap day with them and learned a ton about their various focus areas. All have contributed to the betterment of the organization and have had a wonderful impact on our people. Diana Ogrodowski, Indiana University Bloomington, worked with our Disability Services and New Beginnings teams to build a process and website to assist us with our accommodation tracking. Ben Farmer, Indiana University Bloomington, helped the Retail division with their round-up program. His work resulted in developing a better round-up process and improving results at the register in test stores by over 20%.
