How can I manage or delete information about me?
We provide you with the ability to access, rectify, port and erase your data.
When you delete your account, we permanently delete information you have provided and things you have created, such as your email address and your podcast playlists, and you won't be able to recover the data later. To delete your account at any time, please login and visit the "ACCOUNT" tab on your Settings page at https://www.listennotes.com/settings/

How to remove my personal information from Listen Notes?
Listen Notes shows information gathered from public RSS feeds across the web. Even if we remove content from Listen Notes, it may still exist on the web. This means someone might still find the content on the page that hosts it, through social media, on other search engines, or other ways. This is why you may wish to contact the podcast producer and ask them to remove the content.
If the podcast producer has removed the information, it will eventually be removed from Listen Notes as part of our regular updating process.
If you are unable to have a podcast producer remove the content from the RSS feed, Listen Notes may remove personal information that creates significant risks of identity theft, financial fraud, or other specific harms from our own platform.

When this Privacy Policy applies
Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by Listen Notes.
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or
individuals, including products or sites that may be displayed to you in search results,
sites that may include Listen Notes services, or other sites linked
from our services.
Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations
who advertise our services, and who may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies
to serve and offer relevant ads.
Changes
Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page.
