Returns

We accept returns on unopened sacks for 30 days if you change your mind for any reason. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on opened sacks as per FDA regulations. Please understand that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like a sample of a product prior to purchase, please contact us.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will automatically apply the refund once the return is processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 15 days.

Exchanges
Simply return the item using the instructions above, and place a new order for the replacement product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
