Dental Implant for Front Tooth and Crown for Front Tooth

This lovely woman came to us with a couple big problems. She previously had a front tooth pulled due to a large abscess and had decay under a temporary bridge. The large abscess resulted in bone destruction. The first picture shows the incisor tooth being replaced by a temporary bridge. A dental implant was placed for the missing tooth and allowed to heal. A bone graft was placed at the same time as the dental implant to replace bone that was lost from the infection. After healing and allowing bone to fuse with the implant, a porcelain crown was made for the tooth with decay and a porcelain implant crown was made on top of the implant. As you can see, the final result is stunning and very natural.
