Hi, this rust film is developing on my navels - what can I do to stop it? It was really bad last year and I was ill and let it go.

Yes, this is citrus rust mite, CJ. The first spray of light horticultural oil (All Seasons Oil, Year Round Spray Oil) should be made in June, another in July and a final application in August. At this point, spray now and again next month.
