Where are they now? The cast of The Brady Bunch, 50 years after the show first aired.

The Brady Bunch will always be remembered for being wholesome family television at its best. Groundbreaking at the time, the sitcom followed a blended family of three sons and three daughters and ran for five seasons. Its theme song and opening credits are, well, iconic.

If you can believe it, it’s actually been 50 years since we originally welcomed the Brady family – Mike, Carol, Alice, Marcia, Jan, Cindy, Greg, Peter and Bobby – into our living rooms.

Here’s where the original cast of The Brady Bunch are in 2019.

Robert Reed as Mike Brady.

Before playing the role of Mike Brady in The Brady Bunch, Robert Reed starred in a popular legal drama called The Defenders, and performed on Broadway.

Following the end of the series, Reed was nominated twice for the Emmy Awards in 1976 for his guest-starring role in a two-part episode of Medical Center, and for his work on the miniseries Rich Man, Poor Man. In 1977, he was nominated again for his role in a miniseries titled Roots.

The actor, who remained in the closet about his homosexuality his entire life, also made multiple appearances on Fantasy Island, Hunter, The Love Boat and Murder, She Wrote, and Brady Bunch spin-offs.

Reed passed away in 1992 after being diagnosed with colon cancer. The New York Times reports his doctor listed colon cancer as the immediate cause of death, but also listed H.I.V. infection as among "significant conditions contributing to death".

Florence Henderson as Carol Brady.

Florence Henderson was an accomplished Broadway star when she was cast as the nurturing mother figure, Carol Brady, on The Brady Bunch.

After the show finished, she appeared on a number of game shows, was a contestant on Dancing With The Stars in 2011, and stared in commercials thanks to her wholesome Brady Bunch image.

Henderson also hosted TV events like WWE Wrestling, Mrs. America and Mrs. World (beauty pageants for married women), and hosted her own talk show called The Florence Henderson Show on a retirement living station.

Henderson passed away in November, 2016, aged 82.

Ann B. Davis as Alice.

Ann B. Davis played the tough but lovable housekeeper Alice on The Brady Bunch. She also reprised her role in various Brady Bunch television movies and spin-off shows.

In 1994, Davis published a cookbook full of Brady Bunch-inspired recipes titled Alice's Brady Bunch Cookbook, and she later appeared in commercials for Shake 'n Bake and Swiffer.

Davis sadly passed away in 2014, aged 88.

Maureen McCormick as Marcia Brady.

Maureen McCormick played the eldest Brady daughter, Marcia Brady, a beautiful and popular teenage girl.

After The Brady Bunch, McCormick had many guest appearances on TV shows including Happy Days, Donny & Marie, Love Boat, Vega$, Streets of San Francisco, and Fantasy Island. She also appeared as herself on Scrubs, and went on various reality shows including Celebrity Fit Club in 2007, Gone Country (a show in which contestants compete for a recording contract) in 2008, and most notably, I'm A Celebrity Australia in 2015, when she revealed she and Michael Jackson were childhood sweethearts.

In October, 2019, it was announced McCormick will be hosting a TV special called White House Christmas 2019, which will take audiences on a tour of the President's digs decorated for Christmas.

In 2008, McCormick released an autobiography titled Here's the Story: Surviving Marcia Brady and Finding My True Voice. It detailed her years-long battle with drugs and alcohol. McCormick married Michael Cummings in 1985 and they have one daughter, Natalie.

Eve Plumb as Jan Brady.

Eve Plumb is best known for her iconic line "Marcia, Marcia, Marcia" as middle daughter Jan Brady on The Brady Bunch. The 60-year-old currently lives in Laguna Beach, California with her second husband Ken Pace, who she married in 1995.

After The Brady Bunch, Plumb continued acting with roles in Dawn: Portrait of a Teenage Runaway, Little Women, Here's Lucy, The Love Boat, Fantasy Island, and Murder, She Wrote. Plumb is also a painter and has been painting professional for 20 years.

Susan Olsen as Cindy Brady.

Susan Olsen played the youngest Brady sister, Cindy Brady, on The Brady Bunch. After the show finished, the 57-year-old had minor acting roles and reality TV appearances, and became a radio host. She also voiced characters in animated films, and she created spaceship sound effects for a porn film called Love Probe from a Warm Planet.

Olsen is an animal welfare advocate and serves on the board of directors of the nonprofit organisation Precious Paws. In 2016, Olsen was publicly criticised for a homophobic rant on her Facebook page after a gay guest of her then-LA Talk Radio radio show disagreed with her political views. She was stood down from the network over the hate speech.

Barry Williams as Greg Brady.

Greg Brady was the ultimate Brady Bunch heartthrob.

Since the show ended, actor Barry Williams has been riding the Brady Bunch fame train, appearing on multiple The Brady Bunch reunion shows and on reality TV shows including Celebrity Boxing and Celebrity Rehab.

The 64-year-old has also been involved in musical theatre, and released an autobiography in 1992 titled Growing Up Brady: I Was A Teenage Greg.

Williams has been married three times; Diane Martin (m. 1990–1992), Eila Mary Matt (m. 1999–2005) and currently, Tina Mahina.

Christopher Knight as Peter Brady.

Christopher Knight played middle son Peter Brady in all five seasons of The Brady Bunch.

Knight, now 61, made guest appearances on other television shows including Happy Days and The Love Boat after The Brady Bunch finished.

In 2005, Knight went on the reality TV show The Surreal Life, where he met his third wife, Adrianne Curry, who won the first season of America’s Next Top Model. They then went on to get married on their own reality TV show My Fair Brady, however they broke up in 2012.

Mike Lookinland as Bobby Brady.

Mike Lookinland, who played the cheeky youngest son Bobby Brady on The Brady Bunch, is one of the only cast members not to pursue acting and fame after the show finished.

The 58-year-old now runs a company making concrete countertops called Just Add Water.

Since 1987, Lookinland has been married to Kelly Wermuth, who he has two children with, sons Scott and Joe.
