Marine Concepts were contracted to build patterns, moulds and the mouldings for a 12 metre autonomous vessel built to safely remove or detonate naval mines.

Having made the patterns using our cost effective and fast polystyrene and paste system we manufactured the fibreglass moulds for the hull and deck.
The hull was specified for a heavy duty build and construction was a thorough process of layup and meticulous installation of the bulkheads.
