The 'Shroom Spotlight

Hello readers of The 'Shroom, and welcome to Spotlight. Spotlight is a community project which aims to fix up the articles on the wiki which have issues. These issues can range from poor writing, to a lack of images, to even just needing a credible source.

It's me, your favorite current 'Shroom Sub-Director Waluigi Time here, filling in for Yoshi876 this month. I could've gone for the whole "expecting Yoshi876" bit, but I've already done that. So... Nice weather we're having, eh? (Actually, February's a horrible time for that bit of casual conversation... Unless you're talking to Pitohui, I guess.)

Progress last month was a bit so-so, but we still got half of our focuses covered, so it's not all bad! RealStuffMister (talk) got an article started for Teleport Flag, and ThePowerPlayer (talk) expanded Para Beetle Challenge with a layout section and cleaned up the trivia on Goomba's Shoe. The other three were unfortunately left unfinished, but hopefully we'll do better this month! And just because something's not a current Spotlight focus, that doesn't mean you can't go back and fix them up later.

And now onto this month's focuses:

Article Category Focuses
Legendary hero
Wanted article
Mario Golf: Super Rush is about a year and a half old now, but we're still missing an article for one of the bosses. Be a hero and get us a full set!
Cloud Cruising
Stub article
It seems like the Yoshi platformers are always popping up in Spotlight, but it they need all the help they can get! Here's yet another level from Yoshi's Story with no information on its layout.
Tutti Frutti, oh Mario
Rewrite required
A lot of the plot synopses for the DiC shows were originally written quite a while ago, but they're starting to show their age. This article is just one example, and it's going to need some rewriting to bring up to our current quality standards.
Minecraft
Articles that need more images
The mobs are well taken care of, but other than that, we don't have any visuals for a lot of the Mario Mash-up content. See if you can craft some nice images so readers don't have to go mining around the internet to find them.
File:Doopliss.png
Image quality requested
Back in the old days, a lot of sprites from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door weren't assembled properly. Doopliss seems to have flown under the radar, and could use a better assembly that looks closer to how he appears in the game.
Dixie Kong
Citation needed
There's a piece of trivia here that claims Dixie was frequently called "Daisy Kong" in Nintendo Power, but it's unsourced. We'll Kong-ratulate you if you can find any of the issues where this mistake appears.

Now just before I leave you, I'd like to tell you about unimplemented proposals. There are currently thirty-five that need to be implemented, dating as far back as 2018, so think of this as a continuous Spotlight goal until they're all completed. Additionally, there are many unresolved discussions that we would love to see come to some sort of conclusion. Some might have already concluded and just need the template removed, others have been waiting for a response for years.

Thanks for tuning in to the newest edition of The 'Shroom Spotlight! Be sure to turn up next month, where we'll be reviewing the progress on the above focuses. If you have any questions or suggestions about this month's set of the article focuses, then please get in touch through the dedicated topic if you have a forum account. If not, then please contact Yoshi876 on his talk page, but you are far more likely to get a quick response if you go through the forums. You are also welcome to make suggestions on what you think we could focus on in our next edition! Thank you, and good luck!
