The MSBA is constantly developing new ways to improve its already successful school building grant program. In this section you will learn more about these initiatives, such as our "Pro-Pay" system through which the MSBA reimburses school districts for construction costs as they are incurred -- saving communities millions of dollars in avoided local interest payments. You will also learn about the MSBA’s Commissioning Program which is 100% paid for by the MSBA to help ensure that school facilities run safely and efficiently.
At the MSBA, we strive to improve the way school capital improvement projects are funded. We will continue to develop innovative ways to make the funding of school projects more efficient and fiscally responsible.
