California High School Basketball - Redwood sneaks past Branson
January 10, 2025: Larkspur, CA 94939 The Redwood Giants (Larkspur, CA) basketball edged the visiting Branson Bulls (Ross, CA), 60-54 in Friday's league bout.
The Giants now possess a 9-4 record. They play next when they host Marin Catholic for a Marin County bout on Saturday, January 11. Redwood will play a Wildcats team coming off a 69-52 non-league win over San Rafael (San Rafael, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-9.
With the loss, Branson falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Bulls host Archie Williams (San Anselmo, CA) to play the Peregrine Falcons in a Marin County bout on Monday, January 13. The Peregrine Falcons go into the bout with a record of 10-5. Archie Williams won 55-39 in their recent non-league bout against Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA)
