Is this cable just as good as the cable that comes from Apple?

Yes, this cable is certified by Apple’s MFi (Made For iPhone / iPod / iPad) program.

Why do I get a warning message saying “This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this [iPhone / iPod / iPad]”?

This message may appear if you connect the lightning cable to your phone without having the other end plugged into a charger or computer. Once you connect both ends of the cable, the message should not appear. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need assistance.

Will this fit through the opening on my case?

The outer dimensions of the Lightning connector’s over mold are 10.1mm x 5.1 mm. This cable will fit into most cases’ openings. It will not fit a LifeProof case.

Will this cable charge my device as fast as the cable that came from Apple?

Yes, the cable’s power conductors are made to support the fastest charge each Apple device can support.
