Volleyball goes 2-0 Friday in Colorado to begin season

GOLDEN, Colo. – Michigan Tech began its 2024 volleyball season with a pair of wins at the Oredigger Classic on the campus of the Colorado School of Mines on Friday. The Huskies swept No. 13 Regis 3-0 in the morning and defeated Gannon 3-1 in the afternoon.

"I couldn't have asked for a better way to start the season," Tech coach Matt Jennings said. "We were solid in a lot of areas of our game. It was nothing flashy. We just did our jobs and stayed focused on one play at a time."
