Photo: Kelsey Hansen Hands On Time: 15 mins Total Time: 40 mins Servings: 4 Yield: 12 sliders Ingredients 3 cups shredded cooked chicken 1 ¼ cups barbecue sauce 12 slider buns, split 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz.) 1 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese (4 oz.) ½ cup thinly sliced red onion 2 tablespoons butter, melted 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro Directions Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, toss together shredded chicken and barbecue sauce. Arrange the bottoms of slider buns in a 3-quart rectangular baking dish. Top with chicken mixture, mozzarella, Gouda, and onion. Add the bun tops. Brush tops of sliders with melted butter. Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro. Cover dish with foil. Bake 15 minutes. Remove foil; bake until sliders are heated through and cheese melts, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
