As any Star Wars aficionado will tell you, Stormtroopers are trained in the Dark Side of The Force.
But these bizarre - and rather amusing - pictures show the soldiers' lighter side.
Spanish photographer Jorge Perez Higuera, 26, has snapped the iconic movie baddies doing a variety of most mundane tasks on their days off from the Death Star.
The images show the Galactic Empire's groundforce - famed for missing their enemies with just about every shot - taking a bath and visiting the supermarket.
They're even seen taking a relaxing bath, lounging in a hot tub and playing pool.
By depicting one of the most expressionless beings from a galaxy far far away in mundane situations, Jorge's aims to highlight the fun in everyday daily lives.
He said: "I think the Stormtroopers represent the galactic working class.
"Let's be honest, if that future existed, we would probably be Imperial Soldiers and not heroes or villains.
"We don't know anything about their identity because they are always wearing the uniform and we don't even know their gender, although we tend to presuppose it.
"I like to think that in my photography I can represent everybody and nobody in particular and I love the idea that the distribution of roles is made by the spectators' imagination in order to know if they are males, females, teenagers or elderly."
Jorge's inspiration for many of the settings in the series, called The Other Side, came from watching his family and friends.
He has a fascination with people's daily lives and his aim for the project was for people to relate to the tasks the Stormtroopers are seen carrying out.
The series also showcases the hardworking soldiers taking time out by shooting some pool, playing video games and enjoying one very lonely birthday party.
Mr Higuera said: "The choice of the settings has a lot of influences, most of them are autobiographical references, others have been ideas provided by family and friends, others have been inspired by movies, TV series, literature, etc. However, the theme is always the same, the everyday life.
"I'm really interested in diary life.
"We live thinking in the next weekend or our holidays. Mondays are as much a part of our lives as weekend. I think we lose a lot of little pleasures planning ours live."
Despite only having one Stormtrooper suit, Mr Higuera spent hours digitally manipulating his photos to create group shots.
He also convinced his family and friends to don the famous white suit for the series.
Mr Higuera said: "I chose Stormtroopers for several reasons.
"First of all, the movies were made in the late 70s, late 90s and now they are coming back again, so they have the capacity to be liked by several generations.
"Moreover, the Stormtroopers have become a pop icon that we are all familiar with and that is why I think we can identify ourselves with them in some of my photographs."
Mr Higuera plans to end the series by the end of this year, before the release of the new Star Wars film, Episode VII - The Force Awakens.
He added: "Ever since I was little, I always loved outer space and the idea of a universe in which, although imaginary, space travel is an everyday matter.
"This definitely satisfies my inner child. If we start adding lots of aliens, lightsabers and explosions, it goes without saying.
"I'm surprised by the good reception of the public.
"These days are still crazy, my pictures have already been posted in a lot of countries and I have received many emails from fans who like my work."
